Whose data do we process?<\/h3>\n<p>When acting as a processor, we process personal data on behalf of the Client, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kindergarten teachers and staff,<\/li>\n<li>parents\/guardians of children,<\/li>\n<li>children whose parents\/guardians have consented to their participation in the Veerny platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. What data do we process?<\/h3>\n<p>Depending on the contracted functionalities, we may process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>name, surname, and business e-mail address of teachers,<\/li>\n<li>name, surname, and e-mail address of parents\/guardians,<\/li>\n<li>child\u2019s data (name, surname, date of birth, allergies, daily activities, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>special categories of data (health, behavioral) with parental\/guardian consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Purpose of processing<\/h3>\n<p>To provide the Client with the contracted service.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Legal basis<\/h3>\n<p>Legitimate interest and consent provided to the Client, in accordance with the Law.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Data security<\/h3>\n<p>The Client is responsible for protection, and Veerny assists by applying agreed measures.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Data sharing<\/h3>\n<p>Possible engagement of sub-processors only with the Client\u2019s written authorization.<br \/>\nWe currently use <strong>Digital Ocean LLC<\/strong> for data storage.<\/p>\n<h3>7. International transfer<\/h3>\n<p>Transfers are in accordance with the Client\u2019s instructions or legal obligations.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Data retention<\/h3>\n<p>After service completion, data is deleted or returned to the Client unless retention is required by law.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Exercising rights<\/h3>\n<p>Veerny forwards all requests to the Client as Controller.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legislation and technical innovations.
